About Us



We are Larry & Dixie Treinen Owners of the Rocking T Auction, we have been in business for 15 years this summer.


Larry is a Graduate of World Wide College and Professional Ringman's Institute. We Owned and operated Latimer Auction in Latimer, IA. for the last 14 years and have made some changes.



We sold our building in Latimer and are building a new & larger facility, along with the relocation we decided to give ourselves a new name as well.


You can expect the same great service we have always took pride in providing along with the same friendly staff.

Our new location will be at 1565 Vail Avenue in Klemme, Iowa in southern Hancock County.

Currently most Auctions are being held On Line with Bidding and Registration at rockingtauction.hibid.com​



Reminder: Sales do not need to be held at our facility, we will be happy to conduct them at your location as well.



Larry has worked in Sales & Sales Management most of his life prior to entering the Auction business. He is a graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering (WWCA), the Professional Ringmen's Institute (PRI) and the Iowa Auctioneers Association.


Dixie Owned and Operated her own business, Designer's Den a hair Salon for many years prior to working in the Auction field as well. Together they bring over 35 years of experience in the Auction Industry.


Larry & Dixie are members of the Reformed Church in Meservey where Larry currently serves as a church Elder.
